You need to have jeans or a fitted skirt that's a good indicator. I guess another thing I'm trying to say is, just being at a certain number on the scale doesn't mean you're healthy or fit. I have a range I want to stay in, two overindulgent weekends and I could be spending months shedding 5 lbs!<br />The scale tells me if I've had too much salt at dinner and if I'm hormonal.
